Demolition Man

Demolition continues on my property in anticipation of the new building between the house and barn, when and if we get approval from the town planning board. I'll tell ya, after all the destruction that's been done, if we don't get permission, I'm going to be one angry camper. I've sacrificed my most beloved--my garden. All of it.

Cry.

Amid the demolition, Bruce had fun destroying:

(actually, he killed this one by shaking it like a rat and breaking its neck before throwing it into the dumpster)

We now have french doors leading into what will become our office in the barn:


And we're filling Dumpsters almost every other day:


All in all, it's going well. Fielder the abyssinian and Dawn the bengal have been pretty good about all the sounds, smells, and scary stuff going on outside:
